Spare office keys are available at the leasing office (Kentwood Apartments), $20 fee for lost keys

Visitation by any person other than the persons specified on the Lease/Rental agreement for the apartment for a period of 7 days shall be a violation of the Lease/Rental agreement

Sublets are not permitted. 

Grandview Off-Leash Park is the closest pet park.
